Moving Water & White Courses:

Most white water rivers in the UK are paddled between October and March, for those paddlers looking to enhance there skills in the white water environment British Canoeing runs a range of awards. White water can be exciting with the adtional challenges or negotiating rapids and other white water features whilst journeying down white water and some touring rivers.

Aquatic Leisure runs a range of paddling opportunities and training courses to ensure you are able to get afloat safely, and for personal development from novices to those more experienced on moving water and white water.
